FULL MEMBER

The minimum requirements to become a full member with voting rights and the ability to achieve diplomate status (D.I.B.A.K.):

1) 3500 hours of accredited courses and;
2) Degree in medicine, chiropractic or osteopathy obtained in a country where the above qualification enables the diagnosis and treatment of morbid diseases (other qualifications will be evaluated on a case by case basis).

ASSOCIATE MEMBER

1) Student: membership is open to students enrolled in a program which would grant a degree to obtain a license to diagnose morbid diseases.
2) Researchers and faculty.

Fill out the form below and send it to us with a scanned copy of your diploma. If your credentials meet the above qualifications you will be contacted with further instructions.It is recommended to provide your working details (if different from the private ones) as these will be added on our website and be available to patients. Once ICAK-Italy receives the form and accepts your qualification, you will receive an email with the details for the bank transfer. Then send the payment confirmation to the following email address: icak.italy@gmail.com
